So, unless you have been residing on the rings of Saturn over the past 24 hours you will know that yesterday GORDON BROWN - our Prime Minister, came to the 1Xtra Towers. 

Gordon took a few hours out of running our country to hang out with the U Takeover crew and answer our questions[http://tinyurl.com/mae5hn]. As he was getting mic’ed up, he looked out into the room and said “now who wants to sit in my seat, right now?” to which Ben replied “not with what we’ve got instore for you, I don’t!” Gotta send out major props to the man, he did well - even when Soulja put him under pressure! In other big news; the running order is in! On Wednesday night, Bristol, London and Manchester united once more for our second major planning session. I’ma keep the finer details of this well under wraps but know this. Y’all are in for a treat! You can hear that Gordon Brown interview where he talks about issues that matter to you, in full as part of Ben’s show from 3-5pm. The trouble makers of radio, Ace & Vis, introduce their protégés who get up to mischief with big guests. We also have our very own Maida Vale live session featuring a gaggle of artists including a man who seems to have no problems hittin’ that Number 1 spot and a lovely lady who is full of Energy.
